Our mission is:

To contribute towards the initiatives and/or processes that that aim at empowering individuals with visual impairment through social, cultural, economic and political inclusion and meaningful participation.

To enable people with visual impairments experience more opportunities for choice of participation and ultimately, enhanced life quality.
